Our Patient Group

The Eden Surgeries Patient Group provides the conduit through which the Practice and the local community work together to shape the services and service levels that the Practice offers.

Made up of a representative cross-section of patients from within the Practice boundaries and headed by an elected Chairman and Secretary, the group meets regularly to review practice performance, discuss issues raised from within the patient community, and to assess the best ways for the Practice to meet community needs.

The group is owned and led by the patient community with Eden representatives invited to attend.

Meeting agendas & minutes are posted here and made available throughout the villages via newsletters and social media.

Please contact the Practice if you would like to join the Patient Group - there is no limit on membership.
