To Book an Urgent Same-Day Appointment

Choose a face-to-face or a telephone appointment.

You may not need to see a GP - Eden has a team of skilled clinicians who can help you.

You might be asked to come into the surgery if it is felt that you need to be seen in person.

Sometimes all available same day appointments may be booked - you may be directed to NHS111, the urgent treatment centre at Princess Alexander hospital Harlow, minor injuries unit at Herts & Essex hospital, or a local pharmacist who can treat a variety of conditions.

Cancelling an Appointment
Frequent non-attendees will be warned that future non-attendance without notice could lead to removal from the Practice list.
Self Booking
For certain clinics, such as flu or covid vaccinations, we may invite you to book your own appointment time via an online link sent to you.
General Information

Our GP appointments are normally 15 mins long, giving you time to discuss your condition in full.

We have male and female clinicians available on most days - please tell us if you have a preference

Our appointments team will ask some questions to direct you to the most appropriate clinician, which may not be a GP - it could be a nurse, or one of our specialist clinicians

You might be asked to come into the surgery if it is felt that you need to be seen in person.

Sometimes we run late - there may have been a medical emergency - so extra time will be given to you if required

We can provide a chaperone on request - please ask when you book.
If you need help when we are closed -
